Each season, Belleza Ropa holds a few trunk shows with one of their premier vendors, Naot shoes. "Naot shoes are high quality, fashionable, versatile and made in Israel," said Jeannine Kempees, right, owner of Belleza Ropa, located in downtown Olympia.

This month, on Thursday, October 24, Naot and Belleza Ropa will partner with Kathleen's Closet to give back. Kathleen’s Closet is a division of the Economic Empowerment Program at YWCA Olympia. The organization helps unemployed and underemployed womxn by providing no-cost professional attire to those seeking employment and those just starting a job. "One of my employees was familiar with Kathleen's Closet, and we thought it would be a great organization to support," says Jeannine. A representative from Kathleen's Closet will also be at Belleza Ropa during the event.

Here's how it works: come in to Belleza Ropa's fall trunk show between 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 24 and try on a pair of Naot shoes. For each paired tried on, Naot will donate a brand new pair of shoes to Kathleen's closet, up to 100 total pairs! The store's Naot representative will be there to help you find the right fit and style for your wardrobe, and all fall Naot styles will be 10 percent off. In addition, there will be a drawing to win a free pair! "We hope you'll stop in, check out the fall selection, and help support a local downtown business while giving back to a great organization," says Jeannine.
